This form is just an inquiry form and does not guarantee you a spot on my calendar. Your spot will only be reserved once you have received confirmation that I have the availability and I have received full payment up front.
Once you submit this order form, please give me 2-3 days for a response. Please fill out this order form as thoroughly as possible to give me as much info for your custom order. Every single order is made custom so I will not copy designs from another artist, it will be my own interpretation.
I have two flavors available at this time: Vanilla or Chocolate. Every cookie comes individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. Will stay fresh for up to two weeks. Standard cookie size ranges from 3"-4.5".
Once we have finished correspondence, I will send an invoice to your email for payment. Your spot is not held until I receive this payment. You have 48 hours to pay or your spot will be released to someone else. I am located in Plumas Lake, California for pickup. Delivery and Shipping is not available at this time.
